Therefore you will soon be able to reach us not only by car but also by using an airplane. New address is going to be at Medlánky airfield (LKCM). We are looking forward to meeting you!
Direct Fly team was sent to China again. Chinese company who purchased Technology Transfer package last year is increasing its ALTO 912TG fleet. First two airplanes were shipped and assembled earlier this year. Container with another two airplanes was handed over in Autumn 2017. After this, Chinese manufacturer requested on-site technical support from Direct Fly company when re-assembling these two aircrafts.
First stop of Direct Fly team took place at local airfield where two of ALTO airplanes were being operated. Beside little repairs customer was instructed in brake circuit bleeding. Questions and other remarks were answered and our team could continue to fulfil its main task.
Assembling of the two new aircrafts was held in giant site which belonged to Chinese manufacturer. Direct Fly team was mainly supervising Chinese employees work and provided technical hints. Part of the assembling is also the engine test which was successfully performed on both airplanes. After compass calibration first flight of these two airplanes in Chinese airspace was done. Chinese pilot who was trained in the Czech Republic sat behind the stick. The pilot managed to get airborne and land safely which proved the success of DF’s on-site support.
Another aircraft has been sent to a new customer in Russia. This ALTO has a rather specific equipment. In addition to standard flight instruments, it includes an artificial horizon, directional flywheel and EFIS. At the customer’s request, the aircraft has also been equipped with an ELT system, integrated heating and a rescue parachute system.
The second stage of Wanfeng Aviation staff training was successfully completed today. Our business partners got acquainted with the assembly of the ALTO aircraft, fuselage and cockpit. The technology transfer of the metallic aircraft thus moved on to the next stage.
On August 25th 2017 we welcomed a Russian test pilot Yuri Kabanov from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation at Brno Medlánky Airport and he was very satisfied with the ALTO performance after the tests.
Yesterday the ALTO aircraft photo shoot took place at the airport in Kroměříž. In collaboration with Tino Kratochvíl Photography both static and flight photos were taken. Along with the new photos, we are also looking forward to a completely re-designed company logo and website!
On April 1th 2017 the first flight of the ALTO aircraft took place in China. The test flight was a part of the Technology Transfer for Wanfeng Aviation. In March that year two ALTO aircraft were transported to the site. As part of an on-site support, the Direct Fly sent a team that participated in the assembly of both aircraft, technical consultations and the test flight in China.
